3. Product and Service Information
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, prices and other information on our website are accurate.
However:
Product specifications may be updated by the manufacturer
Product availability may change
Images may be illustrative
Product appearance may vary slightly
Features may depend on vehicle, horsebox or trailer compatibility
App, mobile-network and monitoring functions may depend on third-party services
Insurance recognition may depend on the exact product, installation, subscription and insurer requirements
If we discover a material error affecting your order, we will contact you before proceeding wherever reasonably possible.
4. Quotations and Formation of Contract
A quotation does not create a binding contract unless and until:
You accept the quotation or place an order
We confirm that the product and installation are suitable
Any required deposit or payment has been received
We confirm the booking or order
Quotations remain valid for the period stated on the quotation. If no period is stated, prices and availability may be reviewed before the booking is confirmed.
We may refuse or cancel an order before installation where:
A product is unavailable
The vehicle or asset is incompatible
Incorrect information has been supplied
We cannot safely or lawfully complete the work
A pricing or description error has occurred
We reasonably suspect fraud, misuse or unlawful activity
If we cancel an order before providing any goods or services, we will refund payments made for the cancelled goods or services.
5. Vehicle and Asset Compatibility
Not every security product is compatible with every horsebox, trailer or vehicle.
Compatibility may depend on:
Make, model and year
Chassis or body construction
Vehicle electrical systems
Battery configuration
Existing security products or modifications
Manufacturer software
Mobile-network coverage
The condition of the vehicle or asset
Insurer requirements
You must provide complete and accurate information before booking, including registration details where applicable and any known modifications, electrical faults or existing security devices.
Compatibility checks carried out before the appointment are based on the information available at that time. In some cases, final compatibility can only be confirmed once the engineer inspects the vehicle or asset.
If the agreed product cannot reasonably be installed, we may offer:
A suitable alternative product
A revised quotation
A new appointment
Cancellation and an appropriate refund for anything not supplied
We will not install an alternative product or incur additional charges without discussing them with you first.
6. Your Authority to Approve the Work
By confirming an installation, you confirm that:
You own the vehicle or asset, or have the owner’s permission to authorise the work
You are authorised to approve any necessary installation or modification
The information you have supplied is accurate
The installation will not breach any lease, finance, hire or insurance agreement
If the horsebox, trailer or vehicle is leased, financed or owned by someone else, you are responsible for obtaining any required permission before installation.
7. Prices and Additional Work
The price confirmed with your booking covers the products and installation work described in your order or quotation.
Additional charges may apply where:
Incorrect vehicle or asset information has been supplied
Undisclosed modifications complicate the installation
Existing wiring or equipment is faulty or unsafe
Additional parts or labour are reasonably required
You request additional work
A return visit is required for reasons not caused by us
The agreed installation location is unsuitable and additional travel is required
We will explain any additional work and obtain your agreement before proceeding wherever reasonably possible.
Charges for subscriptions, monitoring platforms or finance agreements may be payable separately to a third-party provider. These will be identified before purchase where applicable.
8. Payment
Payment terms will be explained before your booking or order is confirmed.
Depending on the order, we may require:
Payment in full at the time of booking
A deposit followed by the remaining balance
Payment before installation begins
Payment immediately following completion
Where payment is made using Klarna, Clearpay or another finance provider, your credit or instalment agreement is with that provider and is subject to its separate terms.
The finance provider may pay us the full purchase price even though you repay the provider in instalments. Any refund due from us will normally be processed through the original payment method or finance provider.
If payment is overdue, we may:
Cancel or postpone an appointment
Withhold goods that have not been supplied
Suspend non-essential support or services where lawful
Recover reasonable costs and outstanding sums
Take legal action where appropriate
Nothing in this section allows us to remove an installed product or interfere with your vehicle without lawful authority.
9. Installation Appointments
Installation durations and arrival windows are estimates rather than guaranteed appointment times.
Our engineers travel between mobile appointments and may be affected by:
Traffic and road closures
Delays at earlier installations
Vehicle-specific technical complications
Weather conditions
Fuel, meal and comfort breaks
Events outside our reasonable control
We will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed of significant delays. The engineer will provide an estimated arrival time when reasonably able to do so.
A delay does not automatically entitle you to compensation, but nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights where a service is not completed within an agreed or reasonable time.
10. Installation Location and Parking
You must provide a safe, legal and reasonably suitable place for the installation.
The location should:
Provide sufficient space around the horsebox, trailer or vehicle
Be on stable and reasonably level ground
Allow the engineer to work without unnecessary obstruction
Be safe from moving traffic
Permit lawful parking for the anticipated duration
Provide suitable lighting and weather protection where reasonably required
Allow the vehicle or asset to remain within the engineer’s sight and control
The engineer may suggest a safer nearby location if the original location is unsuitable.
We may postpone or refuse an installation if the location creates an unreasonable safety risk, exposes the engineer to severe weather or does not allow the work to be completed properly.
You are responsible for parking permission, access permission and any parking charges unless agreed otherwise in advance.
11. Preparing the Horsebox, Trailer or Vehicle
Before the appointment, you must ensure that:
The vehicle or asset is accessible
All required keys are available
The battery is adequately charged where applicable
Doors, lockers, ramps, the bonnet and relevant compartments can be opened
Personal belongings do not obstruct the work area
The interior and working areas are reasonably clean
Any known faults or modifications have been disclosed
Animals are safely removed from the vehicle and immediate working area
Children and other people are kept away from the engineer’s working area
Any required owner, yard or site permission has been obtained
You may be asked to reposition the vehicle or trailer to allow safe access.
We are not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by a failure to provide reasonable access or prepare the vehicle or asset as requested.
12. The Installation Process
Before work begins, the engineer may:
Confirm the product being fitted
Inspect the vehicle or asset
Explain how the system operates
Discuss any compatibility concerns
Identify visible pre-existing damage or faults
Ask you to approve necessary changes
Once work begins, the engineer must be allowed to work safely and without unnecessary interruption.
A product demonstration or handover will normally be provided after installation. You are responsible for following the operating instructions and keeping any security credentials, PINs, tags or emergency information safe.
13. Observing Security Installations
Customers and other unauthorised people are not permitted to observe the detailed installation of concealed security equipment.
This is necessary because:
Installation locations and methods are security-sensitive
Observation may compromise the effectiveness of the system
Engineers need a safe and uninterrupted working environment
Installation methods may contain confidential technical information
The engineer may ask anyone observing or recording the work to move away before continuing.
If this request is refused, we may suspend the installation until a suitable working environment is provided.
14. Installation Photographs
We may photograph relevant parts of the vehicle, horsebox, trailer or installation for:
Quality assurance
Installation records
Technical support
Warranty administration
Engineer assessment
Compliance and audit purposes
Recording pre-existing condition or damage
These photographs may reveal installation details and are therefore treated as security-sensitive information.
Installation photographs will not be used for public marketing in a way that identifies you or your vehicle without an appropriate lawful basis or permission.
Photographs are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
15. Refusing or Stopping an Installation
We may refuse, stop or postpone work where:
The vehicle or asset is unsafe
The installation would be technically unsuitable
There is evidence of dangerous wiring or existing damage
Required information or permission has not been provided
The working environment is unsafe
Animals, children or other people create a safety risk
The engineer is subjected to threatening, discriminatory, abusive or aggressive behaviour
Continuing would breach the law, manufacturer guidance or professional standards
If work is stopped for reasons within your control, you may be charged a reasonable amount reflecting work completed, products used and costs genuinely incurred.
16. Trackers, Apps and Monitoring Services
Tracking products may depend on third-party:
Mobile networks
GPS or satellite signals
Smartphone applications
Online platforms
Monitoring centres
Subscription services
Coverage and performance may be affected by location, buildings, signal interference, network availability, battery condition, device damage or deliberate interference.
Some features require an active subscription. You are responsible for maintaining any required subscription after the included period ends.
Monitoring, subscription and recovery services may be provided under separate terms issued by the relevant manufacturer or monitoring provider.
You must keep account credentials secure and notify the relevant provider promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
If you sell or transfer the horsebox, trailer or vehicle, you must contact us or the relevant provider about transferring or cancelling the tracking service. You should not give a new owner access to your personal tracking account.
17. Immobilisers and Security Credentials
Where an immobiliser is installed, you are responsible for:
Learning how to operate the system
Keeping PINs, override instructions and security credentials confidential
Keeping tags or authorised devices safe
Informing regular authorised drivers how to use the system appropriately
Contacting us if a tag, device or credential is lost or compromised
Do not store written security codes inside the vehicle.
Lost tags, replacement credentials, PIN resets, additional training or call-outs caused by incorrect operation may incur a reasonable charge.
18. No Guarantee Against Theft
Security products are intended to reduce risk. No product can guarantee that theft, attempted theft, damage or unauthorised use will never occur.
We do not guarantee:
That a vehicle or asset cannot be stolen
Recovery of a stolen vehicle, horsebox or trailer
Prevention of all damage
Continuous GPS, mobile-network or app availability
Police response or recovery times
Acceptance by every insurer
A reduction in insurance premiums
This does not exclude our responsibility where loss or damage is caused by our breach of contract, negligence or failure to exercise reasonable care and skill.
You remain responsible for taking reasonable security precautions and complying with the requirements of your insurer.
19. Insurance Requirements
You are responsible for confirming with your insurer:
Whether a security product is required
Which standard or approval is required
Whether a particular product is accepted
Whether an active subscription is required
Whether installation or subscription evidence must be supplied
Whether any policy conditions apply
We can provide product and installation information but cannot guarantee how an insurer will assess your policy or claim.
You should not cancel existing security arrangements or assume that insurance requirements have been met until your insurer has confirmed this.
20. Third-Party Products and Warranties
Some products and services are manufactured, monitored or operated by third parties.
Manufacturer warranties and third-party services may be subject to separate terms. We will make relevant warranty information available where applicable.
Nothing in a manufacturer’s warranty or third-party terms replaces or limits your statutory rights against us where we sold the product or service to you.
We are not responsible for independent changes, outages or failures affecting third-party networks, applications or platforms where these are outside our reasonable control. However, we will provide reasonable assistance where an issue relates to a product or service supplied by us.
21. Faults and Aftercare
If you experience a problem after installation, contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide:
Your full name
Installation address
Vehicle or asset details
Installation date
A description of the issue
Any relevant photographs, warning messages or app information
We may initially provide troubleshooting remotely.
Where inspection is required, we will arrange a suitable appointment. If the issue results from our installation or a product fault covered by your legal rights or warranty, we will provide the appropriate remedy.
A reasonable call-out or labour charge may apply where the issue is caused by:
Incorrect use
Failure to follow instructions
A discharged or defective vehicle battery
Later vehicle repairs or modifications
Accidental or deliberate damage
Lost tags or credentials
A fault unrelated to our product or installation
Failure to maintain a required subscription
Any potential charge will be explained before chargeable work proceeds wherever reasonably possible.
22. Your Consumer Rights
If you are purchasing as a consumer, the products we supply must be:
Of satisfactory quality
Fit for their intended purpose
As described
Installation and other services must be performed with reasonable care and skill, within a reasonable time where no time has been agreed and for the agreed or a reasonable price.
If goods or services do not meet these standards, you may be entitled to remedies including repair, replacement, repeat performance, a price reduction or refund, depending on the circumstances.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
23. Cancellation Rights
Before an Installation Appointment
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment.
Any cancellation or rescheduling charge must reflect the circumstances and costs reasonably incurred. We will explain any applicable charge when you book.
Distance and Off-Premises Contracts
If you are a consumer and enter into a contract online, by telephone or away from our business premises, you will normally have a legal right to cancel during a 14-day cooling-off period.
For a service contract, the period generally begins when the contract is made. For goods, the cancellation period generally runs until 14 days after you receive them, subject to any applicable exception.
If you ask us to begin installation or another service during the cooling-off period, we may require your express request and acknowledgement.
If you then cancel after work has begun, you may have to pay a proportionate amount for the service already provided.
If the service has been fully performed during the cooling-off period following your express request and acknowledgement, your right to cancel that service may end once it has been completed.
Cancellation rights may not apply to certain goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
These provisions do not affect your rights where goods are faulty, incorrectly described or services have not been provided with reasonable care and skill.
How to Cancel
To cancel, contact us using a clear statement by email or another agreed communication method.
Please include:
Your name
Contact details
Order or booking information
The product or service being cancelled
Where a refund is due, it will be processed using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Refunds connected to a finance agreement may need to be processed through the finance provider.

Death or personal injury caused by negligence
Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
Breach of your statutory consumer rights
We are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of contract or failure to exercise reasonable care and skill.
We are not responsible for loss or damage that:
Was not reasonably foreseeable
Was not caused by our breach
Results from inaccurate information supplied by you
Results from misuse, unauthorised alteration or failure to follow instructions
Is caused by a third-party network or service outside our reasonable control
